My motivation as a lecturer
As a lawyer specialising in insolvency and commercial law with several years of experience in consultancy and as a trial lawyer as well as a defence lawyer in white-collar crime cases, I also offer lectures and further training for colleagues in my field. Here, it is equally important to me to communicate my experience as well as to exchange experiences with colleagues.
My range of lectures
In addition to smaller rounds of lectures, I hold seminars for the provider Arber Seminars on the topics of director’s liability and insolvency application obligations for limited liability companies.

Further I give lectures on the topics of criminal law for limited liability companies’ managing directors in crisis, duties of the limited liability companies’ managing directors as well as creditor strategies before and during insolvency proceedings.
