After working for an international commercial law firm in Frankfurt and a medium-sized law firm in Hamburg specializing in insolvency law, he is your first point of contact for all questions of contract and liability law.

Since the beginning of her legal practice in 2012, Ms. Didzoneit has focused on insolvency law. Most recently, Ms. Didzoneit worked for a trans-regional commercial law firm, where she advised clients throughout Germany on insolvency law issues as well as on the settlement and enforcement of claims in insurance law.

Legal research assistant

Ms. Rasch is a legal research assistant in our law firm. She supports us in research as well as in the preparation of pleadings and lawsuits in the field of public commercial law. She prepares everything from trade prohibitions to lawsuits concerning university places or public procurement law. Ms. Rasch is studying law at the University of Hamburg and is currently preparing for her exams.
